About Ken Kochenour

Mr. Kochenour, the founder of Southern Hospitality Advisors, has more than 30 years of experience in owning and operating hotel/resort facilities, turnaround deals, property evaluations, market analyses and cost controls.  He has independent consulting expertise in hospitality management, performance, acquisitions and related areas. He is also the founder of GF Management where he served as CEO for more than 25 years. Under his leadership, GF management became one of the most recognized hospitality management companies in the United States.
